the daggers voice
As the reality that we really will be a National League side next season hits home, here are some things I'll miss about the Football League, followed by some things I'll actually enjoy next season, in no particular order:
As one door closes, another opens.
Unfortunately it's the door to the National League, after spending nine years in the Football League; but it's important not to dwell on what is only a setback, for we are Daggers, and we will come back stronger.
That said, though I'd like to retain an optimistic theme, it is important to conduct a full analytical review of just what has gone wrong, if we stand any chance of rectifying it and improving for next season. So let's begin.
A fitting end to nine wonderful years - what a day!
It started in 2007, at Stockport County; and it ended, for the time being, at Bristol Rovers. At the time of the Stockport fixture I was not yet a fan of the Daggers, so I knew I simply had to be present at what could be a momentous occasion. It promised to be a great day and it duly delivered.
I am Joel Page, Dagenham & Redbridge FC fan. Here I will share some of my experiences.
